Corporate Caller Tune is a professional and effective way to communicate with callers. The use of Corporate Caller Tune is governed by our Terms of Service and these Guidelines. The use of our Business Services, including the Corporate Caller Tune Business Application and the Corporate Caller Tune Business Platform are governed by the Corporate Caller Tune Business Terms of Service and business policies, in addition to these Guidelines.

False information and misleading content are strictly prohibited. This includes sharing content that is deceptive or misleading, or that promotes fake news or misinformation. Do not use copyrighted material you do not have the rights to use. Do not promote violence, human trafficking, or drug-related activities through Corporate Caller Tune.

Fake information and misguided contents may be reported by users, and fake contents of caller tune may take action against them.

Do not engage in fraudulent information or add fake information and misguided contents. This includes repeated unwanted contact with callers, and activity that spreads false information or deceives callers through impersonation or deception. Users can report who listen fake information of business in caller tune may claim as fraudulent behavior, fake information, or misguided contents on Corporate Caller Tune for review.


How We Apply The Contents Verification Guidelines

Corporate Caller Tune may use activation techniques and a Contents Verification Department to detect and review information available to us for potential violations of these Guidelines.


Contents Verification Department

When a content requires further review, it is sent to the Contents Verification Department to make a final decision. The Contents Verification Department checks and verifies the genuineness and accuracy of each content.


Local Law Violations

If the content on Corporate Caller Tune is deemed to be in violation of local laws, we may be approached by governments to examine the content. We consistently evaluate the validity of government requests before implementing any measures.


Actions We May Take

Upon discovering any breaches of our terms and policies, we reserve the right to initiate measures such as:

  1. Warning users of violations
  2. Temporarily or permanently suspending a content
  3. Removing fake information and misguided contents
  4. Blocking use of Corporate Caller Tune services
  5. Reporting illegal activities to authorities


We may take additional actions as outlined in the Corporate Caller Tune Terms of Service.
