2nd Step: Go to My Account
After successfully logging into Businesscallertune.com with the provided email or mobile phone, Click Caller Tune Telephone Verification ( Here is URL Link: https://businesscallertune.com/index.php?route=account/telephoneverification ) . The system will now allow to Admin for verify company name and the connections of employees. Now, go ahead with the 3rd step. |
3rd Step: Verify Mobile Connection with OTP
Check the company name and mobile connections to ensure they are correct or not. If there is any wrong number added by Admin or any missing number or any unknown number found, kindly inform the helpline at 7874520000. If all the provided information is correct, you may proceed to the 3rd step. |
4th Step: Verify Mobile Connection For Company Employee or Dealers or Partners.

5th Final Step: Receive 4 Digit OTP SMS & Submit.
Your Company Staff enters mobile number, Then system displays company name. For verification, staff clicks continue button, receives 4-digit OTP, enters OTP and clicks continue Congratulations on completing the process successfully. |

Corporate Caller Tune Service – Updated Verification Process
Hiba Tunes is pleased to provide corporate caller tune services. This notice outlines the important procedures and changes related to the verification process for business owners who are not part of Corporate (MSISDN) Mobile Station International Subscriber Directory Number.
Information Submission: Business owners are required to submit accurate information about their company’s mobile connections. Hiba Tunes ensures that verification process will be applied Under Section 13 Direction No. 104-17/2008-Mn Directive Entity Banner:

Verification Process: Number Verification (NV) should be mandatory. Hiba Tunes requires for present verified details to network management that the connections added for caller tunes are legitimate. This process includes verification through a registered Header: HBTUNE . Under TRAI Rules Regulations
User Participation: Users applying for the corporate caller tune service need to complete the process by submitting an OTP for connection verification. This step confirms the user's association with the applied company, ensuring caller tune service through Hiba Tunes.
Process Update Effective from June 2024: Since June 2024, Hiba Tunes has stopped the manual verification process for company staff applying for NV. Users are now required to follow the new direct application process for NV as instructed by management.
OTP verification is carried out in accordance with the guidelines set by TRAI law and confirmed by the authorized team of users' network: The previous method of sending an SMS to 7874520000 is no longer valid. Users are advised not to use this number for verification purposes. We would like to emphasize that the OTP is confidential and should only be received by the intended recipient. Please refrain from forwarding or sharing it with anyone, as this process is meant to protect your privacy and ensure your own benefits. If you need assistance, you can still call 7874520000 for help, but not for verifying approval numbers. All verifications must now follow the DLT-based process and adhere to the guidelines established by Hiba Tunes, the Network Operator Policy, and TRAI Law.
